The truth is, even without the free review copy, I would still recommend BW to my students. However, I had been using BW5 for many years and was planning to buy the newer version when I was offered the opportunity to review the program. I did not receive a free copy of BW9 from the publishers, but I did receive a free copy of BW8. It is true that BW is expensive, but when compared to Logos or even other programs, like Office Professional, the price is comparable. I do all my work using BW and honestly, it would be very difficult for me to be effective in my work without this program.
